EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- State-of-the-Art Health and Fitness Resort to Deliver Around-the-Clock Family Health, Fitness and Fun!

Life Time Fitness (NYSE:LTM), a national healthy way of life company, announced today that its newest sports, professional fitness, family recreation and resort/spa center, located in Flower Mound, Texas, will hold its Grand Opening on Friday, October 8, 2004. Honoring the event, Flower Mound City officials and Life Time Fitness representatives will host a special ribbon-cutting and Grand Opening celebration from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., showcasing all of the unique amenities that the category-redefining center has to offer.

The new Life Time Fitness center offers 24-hour access to more than 400 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio, resistance and free-weight training equipment, along with a multitude of amenities, including multiple group fitness studios with free classes, a team of certified personal trainers and fitness programming, a wide selection of adult and youth programs and activities, three rock climbing walls, two full-size basketball courts, two squash and two racquetball courts, dry sauna and steam rooms.
