Radio One, Inc. to Present at Banc of America Securities 34th Annual Investment Conference

WASHINGTON -- Radio One, Inc. ("Radio One") (NASDAQ:ROIAK and ROIA) announced today that Scott R. Royster, Executive Vice President and CFO, will present at the Banc of America Securities 34th Annual Investment Conference (BAS Conference).
The BAS Conference will be held September 20-23, 2004 at The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Royster is scheduled to present on Tuesday, September 21 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
