SyncCast Upgrades Music Download Sites Using Windows Media Player 10; SyncCast Enhances Walmart.com

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- SyncCast(TM), a digital media technology company and leading Content Delivery Network, worked with Microsoft to greatly improve the download music aspect of the Walmart.com site using Windows Media Player 10 and Microsoft .NET technologies to provide a better user experience for online music services.
Music fans using Windows Media Payer 10 and visiting Walmart.com are assured of a superior experience since SyncCast embedded the music experience within the Windows Media Player 10. SyncCast added FAST sorting and browsing via a custom onscreen tool that provides a list of the artists' works. SyncCast also enhanced the Download Manager used by Walmart.com to make it easier for downloads to be resumed and for customers to know the status of downloads.

SyncCast(TM) also developed www.billboardradio.com for VNU eMedia. The online music show integrates years of artist and news data from the company's database into a rich online experience. SyncCast(TM) was able to create a complete user experience in the Windows Media Player by using a feature known as HTML-View.
