(NASDAQ:MSCC), a global supplier of high-performance analog, mixed-signal and high-reliability discrete semiconductor products, will make an investor presentation at the S.G. Cowen & Co. 32nd Annual Fall Technology Conference at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Sept. 8-10, 2004.

Microsemi Corp., with corporate headquarters in Irvine, is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance analog, mixed-signal and high-reliability discrete semiconductors. The company's semiconductor products typically manage, control, or regulate power, protect against transient voltage spikes and transmit, receive and amplify signals.
Microsemi's products include individual components as well as complete circuit solutions that enhance customer designs by improving reliability, battery optimization, reducing size or protecting circuits.
