Cyberview Technology Announces Licensing and Distribution Agreement with Legends & Icons

LAS VEGAS -- Cyberview Technology today announced a license, game development, and distribution agreement with Legends & Icons, whereby Legends & Icons will allow Cyberview to utilize Legends & Icons rights to certain trademarks, and/or copyrights for various motion pictures, music, recordings, artwork, writings, and character representations for developing and creating software for the operation of games on Cyberview's downloadable gaming system platform worldwide.

Legends and Icons is a brand new, entrepreneurial company comprised of a team of experienced, knowledgeable and highly regarded gaming and entertainment industry executives, who control the rights to exciting entertainment intellectual properties suitable for profitable transition to the casino industry. Legends & Icons is led by Co-Chairmen Joel A. Douglas and Michael H. Moore.
Joel Douglas was raised in the entertainment industry, son of icon Kirk Douglas and brother of legend Michael Douglas. A prolific and award-winning producer, Joel's career spans 30 years. His credits include One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Romancing The Stone, and Jewel Of The Nile. Joel created and operated two successful film studios: one in Mexico City with 5 stages and one in Nice with 15 stages. Joel's television credits encompass head of production for 3 series, 16 specials, and 150 national commercials. Joel's major awards include NY Film Critics, Directors Guild of America (twice) Golden Eagle and Bronze Eagle, Cleo, and the National Advisory Council Silver Certificate. Films Mr. Douglas has been directly associated with have won 5 Oscars, 2 Golden Globes, 2 Peoples Choice, and the coveted Laurel from the Foreign Press Association.
Michael Moore is a 30 year marketing and operations veteran of the casino industry in America. His career includes senior management positions in major American commercial casinos as well as significant Native American casino enterprises. Mr. Moore was the Casino Manager of the extremely successful Golden Nugget Atlantic City, NJ, Vice President of Casino Operations at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, NV, Vice President of Marketing at Foxwoods Resort Casino, Connecticut, Director of Casino Marketing for Caesars World, Beverly Hills, CA, President of Spirit Mountain Casino, Oregon, and General Manager of Spa Resort Casino, Palm Springs, CA. Mr. Moore's casino industry recognitions include being Casino Manager of Golden Nugget Atlantic City when Fortune Magazine featured Steve Wynn's Golden Nugget on the cover and called the operation: "Atlantic City's Biggest Winner," and being awarded "Superstar of Marketing" by Advertising Age for building the strong Foxwoods Resort Casino brand.
