IntelliReach Turbo-charges Management Team; New Marketing, Sales and Finance Executives to Accelerate IntelliReach's Growth

DEDHAM, Mass. -- IntelliReach Corporation, the leader in integrated compliance, security and management solutions for corporate messaging environments, announced today it has hired three new marketing, sales and finance executives. Ms. Vicki Brown, previously chief operating officer at International Data Corporation (IDC) and a 16-year marketing veteran, has been named vice president of marketing. Mr. Paul Moeller, recently vice president of worldwide sales for SightPath, a Cisco Systems company, joins as vice president of worldwide sales, and Mr. Jack Steinkrauss, a 30-year CFO and senior financial executive with leading technology companies, has been appointed vice president of finance.

As chief operations officer at IDC in Framingham, Massachusetts, Ms. Brown led the marketing initiatives and infrastructure improvements that enabled IDC's rapid revenue and profit growth. In her 15-year career at IDC, Ms. Brown held various executive positions, including chief operations officer, senior vice president of worldwide marketing, senior vice president of U.S. sales and vice president of systems and software research. As a P&L manager, she directed IDC's technical computing business to be the second most profitable business at IDC. Prior to IDC, Ms. Brown was the director of entry desktops product marketing at Sun Microsystems, where she successfully launched SPARCstation 5, then the highest selling product in Sun's 13-year history.

Mr. Paul Moeller brings 30 years of sales leadership with multi-million dollar organizations. In 1998 he joined SightPath, where he created and built the intelligent content delivery organization from start-up status to acquisition by Cisco Systems for $800 million. From 1996-1998 he served as vice president of sales for VideoServer (now ezenia!), world leader in the multipoint video server market with revenues exceeding $60 million. Prior to VideoServer, Mr. Moeller served as both vice president of sales and vice president of marketing at Wang in Billerica, Massachusetts, where he played a key role in establishing major relationships with Microsoft, Bull and Kodak, as well as vice president and general manager at Network Imaging Corporation in Herndon, Virginia. From 1984-1993 Mr. Moeller served as vice president of sales for FileNet Corporation, where he built a successful sales and support organization from start up to 130 professionals.

Newly appointed vice president of finance, Mr. Jack Steinkrauss brings over 30 years of high-tech industry experience as a CFO and senior financial executive for technology companies such as Stargus, Authentica, eRunway, Lancast, Racal-Redac, Compugraphic and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Steinkrauss is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
