The event will be held September 27 - October 2, 2004 at The Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, CA.
itSMF USA Conference & Expo 2004 is the only vendor-neutral conference specifically designed to educate management level attendees on how standardized processes and best practices can be systematically applied across the entire range of IT service support and service delivery functions.
