Integral Technologies' Digital Video Management Systems Now Integrated with IPIX 'See Everything' Surveillance Technology

Business Wire, Sept 23, 2004

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. -- IPIX Security, a premium supplier of video surveillance technology, today announced the integration of its Full-360 degree video surveillance system with Integral Technologies' DigitalSENTRY(R) software.

The integration will enable security professionals using a pending release of Integral Technologies DigitalSENTRY software, used in DS Enterprise and DS XPress Digital Video Management Systems, to capture and view 360-degree live or recorded video from the DigitalSENTRY interface. Operators will now have the ability to view and record areas of interest and activity that would have been missed with conventional camera technology.

"Integral Technologies is an industry leader in the digital video industry, and our partnership is a significant step in our efforts to add value to security systems world-wide," said Clara Conti, President and CEO, IPIX Corporation. "We are excited to provide Integral's customers with the groundbreaking ability to pan, tilt, and zoom 360-degree live and recorded video."

IPIX cameras were used at the 2004 G8 Summit held at Sea Island, Georgia in June, an event classified as a National Special Security Event (NSSE) by President Bush. In addition, IPIX's cameras took home the Security Industry Association's "Product Achievement Award in Digital Video" during the New Product Showcase at ISC West in April 2004.

"Integral Technologies has been a pioneer in the digital video industry for nearly a decade with our powerful, yet easy to use, Digital Video Management Systems," said Mark Lampe, Integral Technologies Director of Product Management. "It follows that Integral would be one of the first companies to fully integrate the IPIX technology, offering seamless access to 360-degree vision. With this combined functionality, we offer a brand new way to view video."

Integral Technologies will be showcasing the integration of IPIX 360-degree video technology at the ASIS show in Dallas, booth # 401, Sept. 27-29, 2004. IPIX Security will be exhibiting their full line of surveillance camera solutions at booth # 5501.
