UD Rivals: Yankees vs. Red Sox: 30 Card Commemorative Set of the Greatest Rivalry in Sports; ESPN's Peter Gammons To Appear at Boston Hobby Stores To Sign UD Rivalry Set

Business Wire, Sept 24, 2004

WHAT:
The American League East race is going down to the wire and
the Upper Deck Rivalry set is sure to fan the flames of this
year's hotly contested pennant chase. Join Peter Gammons and
Upper Deck Company as they launch the 2004 UD Rivals set that
has captured the greatest moments in this heated battle
between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees. Nothing
brings home the excitement of the Baseball Playoffs like a
        Yankees Red Sox match-up.

Also, Peter Gammons will appear at two hobby shops adjacent to
Fenway Park for a special "UD Rivals: Red Sox/Yankees" box set
signing. Gammons will be signing boxes of UD Rivals. The
signing will take from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25.
Excellent timing as the Red Sox are hosting their bitter
rivals, the Yankees, that night at Fenway Park.

The Upper Deck Rivals Red Sox Yankees Commemorative Box Set is
a 30-card regular set that includes two additional cards --
one commemorative, oversized card highlighting the greatest
players and moments in the rivalry; and one "what if" insert
featuring commentary from Peter Gammons. Please see below.

WHEN:
        Saturday, Sept. 25
