Five9 Names Former Siebel Executive VP of Worldwide Sales; Experienced Sales Executive Brings Extensive Management and Industry Experience to Provider of Hosted Contact Center Solutions

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- Five9, Inc., the leading provider of hosted contact center solutions, today announced the appointment of Lisa M. Navarette as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, reporting to President and CEO Brian Silverman.
In this newly created position, Navarette will oversee the domestic and international sales teams and drive sales strategy and revenue growth for Five9. In addition to managing sales, Navarette will lead the company's international expansion efforts. The search for this position was conducted by Taylor Winfield, Inc.

Most recently, Navarette was responsible for setting up Siebel Systems' CRM OnDemand hosted solution offering throughout Europe and held the position of Executive Director, OnDemand Alliances and Channel Sales. In that role, she was responsible for driving sales and developing major partner accounts and sold the first major customer across Siebel for CRM OnDemand which remains one of the company's most referenceable accounts. Prior to this, Navarette managed Siebel's global strategic call center partners where she built a partnership with the leading provider of business communications software, and helped it quickly grow to become Siebel's first successful, viable worldwide call center partner. In her first position with Siebel, Navarette managed the sales of Siebel's enterprise call center application and was responsible for growing it into a $30 million business in the first year. Navarette's additional experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Western N.A. and Asia Pacific regions with Extricity Software, the leading provider of business-to-business integration software, where she drove sales in those regions and sold the first deal for the company to the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing company, which became a pivotal account for driving sales of the product. She has also held executive and senior-level sales positions at Hyperion Solutions and Lexis/Nexis, among others. Navarette began her career as a senior financial analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank in San Francisco.
