TVA Announces National Hiring Initiative; Company's Rapid Growth Creates New Positions
Business Wire, Sept 27, 2004
SAN DIEGO -- TVA Fire & Life Safety, Inc. (TVA), one of the country's leading providers of products and services in loss control, fire protection engineering, consulting, and project management, announced a national hiring initiative to keep up with its rapid growth.
The company will be increasing the size of its staff by more than 15 percent to accommodate its rapid growth and expansion. Positions are open in the Detroit, Atlanta, Seattle, and San Diego offices.
"Our aggressive sales and marketing efforts, the increase in new construction, and the growth within the multi-unit retail industry has resulted in significant demand for our services. Providing our clients with unparalleled offerings requires us to expand, and we are actively seeking professionals who share our values and vision," said James Tomes, co-chairman and chief executive officer.
The company's growth is particularly noteworthy as few of TVA's competitors are increasing their staff so significantly. In fact, TVA is arguably the fastest growing fire protection provider in the country.
TVA has enjoyed a 20 percent growth rate for the last several years. Tomes attributes the company's success to its dedicated and dynamic team, a 98 percent customer retention rate, investments made in the corporate infrastructure, and service offerings that meet market needs.
TVA is currently seeking key contributors to its team in the areas of: alarm design, sprinkler design, loss control, and consulting.
