VECTORsgi Forms Strategic Alliance with Orbograph; Image Quality Technology from Orbograph Enhances VECTORsgi's Solutions

Under the new agreement, VECTORsgi will integrate Orbograph's advanced check recognition technologies into the VECTOR product suites that include image quality, exchange and data mining products.

The resulting integration in the VECTOR Image Exchange Solution and the VECTOR Capture Anywhere Solution will address the banking industry's need for a simplified enterprise wide check image quality and usability and data keying solutions. Now the hardware infrastructure for check image processing can be leveraged to accomplish other activities including amount encoding, fraud detection and prevention and data mining all of information contained in an image. Allowing banks to leverage a shared architecture ultimately results in saving money for hardware and processing costs.
