Time Warner Cable Chooses Superconnect Software to Manage PCT Fiber System

GREEN BAY, Wis., HOUSTON & PHOENIX -- Time Warner Cable, Green Bay Division, has chosen PCT Link Manager, a Superconnect ONE Platform application, to manage their PCT EQ Link fiber system.

Time Warner Cable uses Link Manager to configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot their PCT EQ Link fiber system from anywhere, anytime using the popular and intuitive ONE Platform Web-based interface. Link Manager also supports back-end monitoring and alarms that can be received via e-mail, mobile phones, pagers, 2-way mobile e-mail devices, or AOL Instant Messenger (AIM).
