Webb Interactive Services, Inc. Announces Retirement of CEO

DENVER -- Webb Interactive Services, Inc. (OTCBB:WEBB) today announced that William R. Cullen has resigned as CEO and CFO and as a director of the company. Mr. Cullen has served as Webb's CEO/CFO during its transition from an operating to a holding company and the development of Jabber, Inc., Webb's 43%-owned subsidiary, into a leading developer and marketer of real-time communications software and instant messaging (IM) solutions. The Webb Board of Directors thanks Bill for his many years of service and wishes him well in his retirement.
