U.S.News & World Report Recognizes DePaul's Part-Time MBA, Health Law and IP Programs in Rankings

CHICAGO -- Three DePaul University programs were recognized by U.S.News & World Report in its national graduate school rankings released April 1. DePaul's part-time MBA program ranked eighth, health law program placed 10th and intellectual property (IP) program was 11th in their respective specialty categories of the annual rankings, which are closely watched by students and college administrators across the country. The programs are among a wide range of respected, flexible and practical graduate school offering at DePaul, the largest provider of master's degrees in Illinois.

This was the 11th consecutive year DePaul's part-time MBA program placed among the top 10 in the nation. The program at DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business offers 18 concentrations, including innovative study in subjects associated with DePaul centers in behavioral finance, real estate, entrepreneurship, and strategy execution and valuation.

"The program's consistent top-10 ranking acknowledges the school's steadfast focus on offering a high quality program of business study tailored to the needs of working professionals," said Arthur Kraft, Kellstadt dean. "The program recently expanded its online class offerings and is updating its curriculum to provide professionals with an even more customized and career-focused business education."

In the law school specialty rankings, U.S. News identified the leading 15 health law programs in its full rankings. DePaul's program, which has consistently been surveyed among the top 10, ranked 10th.

Of the top 24 IP programs ranked in the survey, DePaul's program placed 11th - where it tied with Harvard University.

U.S.News & World Report's specialty graduate program rankings are based on ratings provided by educators at peer institutions.
