CNS, Inc. Strengthens Management Team; Sue Horvath Promoted to Vice President and Team Leader, International; Nicole Strait Hired as Vice President, Human Resources

MINNEAPOLIS -- CNS, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNXS), the Breathe Right(R) company, today announced that Sue Horvath has been promoted to vice president and team leader, International, and Nicole Strait has been hired as vice president of human resources, effective immediately.
In her new role, Horvath will focus on developing and implementing plans to further develop CNS' international business. Breathe Right products are currently sold in 25 countries outside the United States, with a focus on Japan, Europe, Canada and Mexico. Horvath previously served as CNS' director of financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining CNS in 1999, Horvath was employed as the senior finance manager for Pillsbury's advertising and sales promotion department. She also held senior finance roles for several business teams within Pillsbury, as well as controller and accounting roles at Haagen-Dazs, and auditor positions at professional services firm Coopers and Lybrand in Chicago and Minneapolis. Horvath holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
In addition, CNS has hired Nicole Strait as vice president of human resources. Strait will lead and manage human resources efforts, ensuring that CNS continues to attract, develop and retain strong, results-oriented employees.
"Nicole's 12 years of human resources management experience make her a great asset to our organization," Morfitt said. "Her passion for helping people maximize their growth and her deep experience in team development, organizational design, performance management, and recruitment and training will benefit CNS as we continue to add talent to our already strong employee base."
Strait formerly held various human resources positions at Cargill, Inc., Pillsbury, SimonDelivers.com, and most recently, The J.M. Smucker Company/International Multifoods Corporation. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in business administration, and is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Twin Cities chapter of hrconnection.
