Tier Schedules Fiscal 2005 Second Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

RESTON, Va. -- Tier Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TIER) will announce financial results for the fiscal 2005 second quarter ended March 31, 2005 after market close on Thursday, May 5, 2005.
James R. Weaver, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeffrey A. McCandless, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call on Thursday, May 5, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's quarterly results.
