U.S.I. Holdings Corporation Announces First Quarter 2005 Conference Call for May 4, 2005

Holdings Corporation ("USI") (Nasdaq: USIH) today announced that it will release its first quarter 2005 earnings on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 after the close of the market.
