Law Enforcement Associates Corporation Announces the Resignation of John Carrington from the Company's Board of Directors

YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. -- Law Enforcement Associates Corporation (OTCBB:LENF), a surveillance and security technology company, announced today that John Carrington informed the Company that he will resign from the Company's Board of Directors effective 12:00 P.M., Monday, April 18, 2005. Mr. Carrington informed the Company that his decision was for personal reasons, including his health and age and had nothing to do with any matter involving the Company.
