Cybermation Maintains 96 Percent Enthusiasm Rating Two Years Running; Cybermation Achieves High Levels of Customer Enthusiasm in Annual Survey for Fifth Consecutive Year

Business Wire, April 19, 2005

LAS VEGAS -- Cybermation, a leading developer of enterprise job scheduling and software change management solutions, today announced at the 25th annual AFCOM Data Center World Conference, that, for the fifth consecutive year, it has reported outstanding levels of customer enthusiasm in an independently-conducted research survey. The results of the annual survey confirm Cybermation's commitment to customer service and satisfaction, with ratings of between 8.6 and 9.24 out of 10 from the 156 customers surveyed.

The survey results come in the wake of the announcement of the significant growth experienced by the company, specifically an increase of 26 percent in revenue for Fiscal 2004.

Third party consulting firm Phase 5 conducted the survey, which provides Cybermation with an objective assessment of how customers view the value of its products and services. Of the 156 customers polled in 2004, 87 percent were global enterprises with over 1,000 employees and with revenues exceeding a billion dollars.

"Having an unbiased third party research firm measure customer enthusiasm clearly shows Cybermation's commitment and confidence in its ability to deliver value to customers," notes Rick Schwalm, VP Operations Services, Americas, for global health care and pharmaceutical consulting firm, IMS Health.

"There is always open communication with Cybermation. The company and its people give 100 percent support throughout implementation and during day-to-day operations - they are always professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done right, " said Terri Nichols, VP Computer and Network Operations at Worldspan, which provides reservation services for the worldwide airline industry.

Some of the highlights of the 2004 survey include:

--Overall customer satisfaction rose from 8.0 to 8.32 out of 10.

--85 percent of customers ranked Cybermation as above average, ahead of its competitors.

--For the third consecutive year, Cybermation's Professional Services team scored the highest overall rating: 9.24 out of 10.

--Overall satisfaction with Customer Support Services received 8.6 out of 10 in the areas of product knowledge, accessibility, responsiveness and following through on commitments.

--Cybermation scored an average of 8.74 out of 10 in the categories of technological innovation, trustworthiness and commitment to excellence.

"Phase 5 conducts thousands of customer satisfaction interviews every year and once again Cybermation's results are at the top of the pack - scores between eight and ten are unusually high results for this market and industry," notes Michael Dolenko, Partner, Phase 5. "The company continues to demonstrate a commitment to customers that is exemplified not only in the survey results, but also in exceptional performance in critical areas like customer support and professional services."

"We put customer enthusiasm at the forefront of everything we do; in fact it is our corporate mission to develop and maintain enthusiastic customers," said Ray Nissan, CEO of Cybermation. "These excellent survey results combined with our continued growth as a business validates our approach, which continues to yield impressive results."

How to Win at Office Politics

Like it or not, every workplace is a political environment. But operating effectively within it doesn’t have to mean sucking up, lying, or slinging dirt. In its purest form, office politics is simply about getting from here to there: securing a promotion, seeing an idea come to fruition, or gaining support to make an organizational change. Playing the game well is about defending your position, earning respect, exchanging favors, and keeping your sanity amid the chaos. To get started, you need to know what you really want from work, then orient your political moves toward those goals. It all starts with strong relationships and helping others; those people in return make up the support system that helps you realize your goals. Here’s how it’s done.
