Gregg Williams Joins Pavilion Technologies as VP of Professional Services; Process Industry Veteran to Accelerate Services Execution

AUSTIN, Texas -- Pavilion Technologies, a world leader in advanced process control (APC) and environmental compliance solutions, has recently appointed Gregg Williams as its Vice President of Professional Services. With more than 20 years of experience, Williams will assume overall responsibility of Pavilion's worldwide professional services operations.
"Gregg brings a wealth of experience to Pavilion in the areas of process, best practices and knowledge management," said Pavilion CEO Ralph Carter. "He is a proven and experienced executive, and I am confident that he will drive our major delivery initiatives in support of Pavilion's ValueFirst(TM) customer relationship methodology."
Williams comes to Pavilion after 14 years with ABB (NYSE:ABB), a leader in power and automation technologies. During his tenure with ABB, Williams held several executive management positions in services, marketing and sales. In his position as Group Vice President Global Automation Services at ABB, Williams was responsible for $1.7B in revenue and more than 10,000 employees. In this role, Williams established the overall service strategy for ABB's largest and most profitable business segment. Prior to ABB, he spent 10 years with Rosemount, Inc.
Williams graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, and he attended Duke University in ABB's Executive Leadership program.
