OXIS CEO Steve Guillen to Highlight Company's Technology Development Strategy at Rodman & Renshaw Techvest Global Healthcare Conference

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Steve Guillen, who was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of OXIS International, Inc. (OTCBB:OXIS) (Nouveau Marche:OXIS) in February of 2005, will make his first public address outlining the company's future direction at the upcoming Techvest Global Healthcare Conference on May 4th in Paris.
