Metrologic's Subsidiary Licenses SwiftDecoder Software to Adobe Systems Incorporated

("Omniplanar"), an imaging software company, has licensed its SwiftDecoder(TM) software to Adobe Systems Incorporated. Omniplanar's proven two-dimensional (2D) barcode technology is being used by Adobe to support the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform.
