S3 Investment Company Announces Launch of Redwood Capital Website
Business Wire, April 5, 2005
TEMECULA, Calif. -- S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) today announced that portfolio investment company Redwood Capital, Inc. has launched its new website, www.redwoodcapinc.com, which is designed to foster greater awareness and give potential customers an overview of the company. Redwood Capital offers a number of specialized advisory and capital market services through its core business of assisting private Chinese companies in accessing U.S. capital markets.
"We are pleased to have launched this website and believe that it will contribute to the substantial interest Redwood has generated in just a few short months. An effective web presence will also allow those seeking information on the company to familiarize themselves with Redwood's services and reach us though the contact information included on the site," commented Bradley Smith, Executive Vice President of S3 Investment Company, who recently returned from New York City where he met with a number of investment firms and other potential clients.
"Our New York meetings went better than we had hoped and confirmed the significant interest in China from the U.S. investment community. Redwood is positioned to provide invaluable assistance to U.S. capital sources that have seen the enormous potential of the China market but have hesitated to participate due to the perceived risks and uncertainties. With the due diligence, network of contacts and extensive experience in China that Redwood provides, its investment partners can have confidence that Redwood will identify Chinese companies with solid financials, effective management and tremendous upside potential.
"We look forward to sharing our progress from this trip and expect to announce Redwood Capital's first investment banking contract in the near future," added Mr. Smith.
