Heritage Capital Credit Corporation of Delaware Changes Its Name to Independent Capital Credit Corporation

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Heritage Capital Credit Corporation of Delaware, a wholly owned subsidiary of Heritage Capital Credit Corporation of Florida (OTC:HCPC), announced effective April 1, 2005 its name change from Heritage Capital Credit Corporation of Delaware to Independent Capital Credit Corporation ("ICCC").
One year ago, April 1, 2004, Heritage Capital Credit Corporation, a Florida corporation acquired all of the stock of Heritage Capital Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation. To avoid confusion of both companies being named Heritage, the Board of Directors of the Delaware Corporation changed its name to Independent Capital Credit Corporation.
ICCC's primary goal is to provide consumer, commercial and business loans to persons and businesses that qualify under their unique underwriting formula, which is licensed from a company controlled by the same shareholders of Heritage.
