Former PeopleSoft and Oracle Executive, Bruce Johnson, Named President and CEO of Certus Software; Johnson to Leverage Company Growth Momentum to Scale Global Sales, Customer Service and Operations

Johnson succeeds Vani Kola as company President and CEO. Johnson's many years of experience successfully managing high-growth software companies complements Certus' customer and revenue growth momentum. Most recently, Johnson was Group Vice President of Western Commercial Operations for PeopleSoft and Oracle. Prior to that, Johnson was President and CEO of ClearCross, Inc., an intelligent content and applications provider for cross-border trade compliance and security. Before joining ClearCross, Johnson was General Manager and President of the Americas for Baan where he successfully managed the rapid growth of the company from $1 million to $129 million in four years, resulting in a successful IPO.
