Park City Group Increases Revenue Generating Potential of Its Strategic Professional Services Business

Business Wire, August 17, 2005

PARK CITY, Utah -- Park City Group, Inc. (OTCBB:PKCY) announced today that the strategy to develop its professional services business as an integral factor in its improving revenues has been strengthened with the addition of a supermarket veteran with extensive category management experience. Jammie Paulson, recently a national account manager, national account liaison and category manager with the well respected Minnesota-based SUPERVALU, Inc., has joined the professional services team headed by Aaron Prevo, Vice President of Professional Services. Ms. Paulson brings her more than ten years of retail operations experience to the professional services group.

The development of the professional services aspect of the business has been identified as one of the key strategies to the success of Park City Group in the upcoming year. There has already been a substantial increase in the number of consulting opportunities that are in progress in the expanded professional services group.

"A consultant of Ms. Paulson's capabilities joining our professional services organization is critical to the growth of this segment of our business. With new consulting engagements such as the recently announced half-million dollar consulting opportunity with Cannon Solutions, we will need to add more high quality, experienced people," states Randy Fields, CEO and chairman of the company. "We have already been able to take advantage of Paulson's experience by having her work with some of our existing customers. Her wealth of experience has already resulted in improvements in our customers' operations. We anticipate that all our customers using the Fresh Market Manager application will benefit from her expertise."

Paulson, a graduate of Concordia College in Business Administration and Mathematics, also has her Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul Minnesota. She has in-depth grocery experience as well as leadership and strategic management skills.

"There is no question that Paulson's experience will be a significant addition to our consulting team," notes Aaron Prevo, Vice President of Professional Services. "We now have a much greater capacity to perform not only consulting services for customers' implementations, but we can now offer the value-add of our hands-on operations experience. As we continue to add more consultants to meet demand, we are moving closer to building a world-class consulting and services organization that will generate significant on-going revenues for the Company."
