Intraware Renews Alliance Agreement with Software Spectrum

ORINDA, Calif. -- Intraware, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITRA), the leading provider of digital delivery and management services, today announced that it has signed a two-year renewal of its Sales Alliance Agreement with Software Spectrum, Inc. Under the agreement, Intraware will continue providing outsourced sales services and its SubscribeNet(R) digital delivery service to Software Spectrum for Sun(TM) Java(TM) System software.
The highly successful alliance enables Sun Microsystems, Inc. and its customers to benefit from Intraware's unique expertise in selling Sun Java System software, Intraware's best-in-class SubscribeNet electronic software delivery and management service, and Software Spectrum's expertise as one of the world's largest single-source providers of business-to-business IT solutions and services.

As in the past, the agreement will be terminable by either party on sixty days' notice.
