Big Fish Games Migrates Upstream to Fisher Plaza; High Growth Online Gaming Firm Vaults Fisher Plaza Occupancy Rate Above 90%

SEATTLE -- Fisher Plaza, (Fisher Communications, Inc.),(Nasdaq:FSCI) the premiere Northwest facility that combines retail, Class A office and data space with 21st century communications and media services, today announced the addition of Big Fish Games, Inc., a Seattle-based developer of online games. By moving into the state-of-the-art media and communications hub, Big Fish Games will boost Fisher Plaza's occupancy rate above 90% for the first time. Fisher Plaza's unmatched Internet connectivity and security, plus prime location at the entrance to Seattle Center, makes an ideal home for Big Fish Games, which has grown from nine employees to 40 over the past seven months.
Big Fish Games develops, publishes and distributes casual, family friendly games over the Internet that appeal to the growing mature gamer category, predominantly women over 30. The company just launched the first of several European Websites and recently partnered with Nickelodeon.
The gaming company is Fisher Plaza's second new tenant this season, following the June arrival of ek Real Estate Group, an urban residential real estate firm with a team approach providing brokerage services in a boutique setting, led by Seattle real estate expert Edward Krigsman, the company is focused on delivering customer service and using technology to meet the changing needs of clients.
