WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Awards and Recognitions Through Fun Activities Will Celebrate Outstanding Latinas - Reflecting on Their Success and Looking Towards the Future of Jafra Hispanic USA
Jafra Cosmetics International will proudly recognize individuals and team efforts at the extraordinary incentives summer trip this year entitled "Refleja Tu Exito" (Reflect your Success) at the heart of the "Music City of the United States" beginning Thursday, August 4 - Sunday, August 7, 2005.
Home of the legendary sounds of the Grand Ole Opry and of the world's largest showboat -- the General Jackson -- the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee will set the stage for over 300 Independent Consultants to celebrate their yearlong accomplishments with Jafra executives, management team and nationwide peers. This year's event, for which Latina women are celebrated and pampered, is also a cornerstone to hearing inspirational speakers who are always motivating, charismatic, passionate, and entertaining.
"This conference provides our consultants, from all walks of life and origins, a unique opportunity to gather for the purpose of learning more about current Jafra announcements, programs, services and products being launched," said Melba Rios, vice president, Jafra Hispanic USA. "This year's theme, Refleja tu Exito, sums up what Jafra seeks to achieve: the foundation of our commitment to help Hispanic women and their families continue to advance in their personal and professional lives through direct-selling."
This annual women's event also serves as a forum for Consultants to meet face-to-face with other top leaders and exchange business development and savvy selling and recruiting techniques in an energetic yet business environment. Consultants' activities include plenary sales and business growth sessions; witness the unveiling of the fall and winter color collection, The Age of Glamour; and the "Ladies in Red" awards and recognitions evening cruise dinner on the General Jackson Showboat.
Other recognitions include the "Circle of Excellence" and "Million Dollar Club" winners, the new "Mi Oficina Jafra" (My Jafra Office) small business outside of the home program recipients and this year's first non-profit organization recipient, Through the Kitchen Door International, under "Jafra: Hand in Hand with the Hispanic Community" annual grant program.
Program and Activities Schedule
Thursday, August 4 (7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
Welcoming Reception - Country Style! The Wildhorse Saloon will take center stage for Consultants to experience authentic Nashville country music, Southern barbecue and non-stop dancing to kick off the four-day conference.
Friday, August 5 (10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight)
The Opening Reception, with a ballet performance, will transform the Presidential Ballroom into a motivational and inspiring 'reflection of success' theme were District Directors (top level Consultants) will share their current successes with testimonials. Jafra's fall and winter color collection, The Age of Glamour, will also be rolled out -- red carpet style -- at a star-studded color runway premiere.
Going along with the glamour mood of the day, the evening's Awards and Recognitions Dinner will take place at the General Jackson Showboat. The 2005 District Directors' "Ladies in Red" honorees will be acknowledged with the exquisite fragrance designed exclusively for top leaders, Inegale, which in French means "unequaled." This award embodies the spirit, strength and determination of successful nationwide top sellers. Top achievers in the sales, sponsoring and branch promotions will also be awarded.
Saturday, August 6 - Consultants Free Day!
District Directors and VIPs (from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) will have a morning training session to learn about the newest skin care product for women, Intensive Line Corrector, being launched in September to consumers.
Sunday, August 7 (9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
Winners of the "Circle of Excellence" and "Million Dollar Club" will be disclosed; the new skin care for women product, Intensive Line Corrector, will be presented, and new Spanish-language training materials will be announced.
In addition, the first annual "Jafra: Hand in Hand with the Hispanic Community" grant will be presented to the non-profit organization, Through the Kitchen Door International. During the month of June, Jafra Hispanic USA dedicated $1 of each sale from two of its exclusive fragrances, Pastel for women and Private Reserve for men, and raised $27,373 with the support of Jafra's Independent Consultants nationwide.
