Certus Software Names Joan Beardsley Vice President of Professional Services; Beardsley to Head Consulting, Technical Support and Education Efforts, Focusing on Pushing Customers Toward Good Governance

Beardsley, who during the past 20 years has successfully established and grown worldwide professional services organizations at several fast-growing enterprise software companies, comes to Certus from Mobileum, where she served as Vice President of Professional Services. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, a subsidiary of Alcatel, where she prioritized customer needs as the major focus of the services organization. Before Genesys, Beardsley was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at information management market player Scopus Technology, where she helped boost revenues nearly six-fold for her organization.
