Prior to that, she was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, a subsidiary of Alcatel, where she prioritized customer needs as the major focus of the services organization. Before Genesys, Beardsley was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at information management market player Scopus Technology, where she helped boost revenues nearly six-fold for her organization.
