Business Wire, August 23, 2005

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- Nsite, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, today announced the addition of technology industry veteran Dr. Timothy Chou to its advisory board. Dr. Chou, formerly president of Oracle On Demand, joins the board as both Mr. Talbot Harty and Mr. Gerald Blaesing extend their advisory positions with Nsite. Nsite also announced an additional $4 million in venture funding from Worldview Technology Partners and Copan.

"Dr. Chou, Mr. Harty and Mr. Blaesing are pioneers in the field of enterprise software, having overseen the launch and success of multiple businesses in various categories," said Bob Jandro, president and CEO, Nsite. "Their experience creating and dominating new markets was key in our decision to add them to the executive team. As Nsite takes its next steps in the emerging on demand category, we can look confidently to the advisory board for guidance and support."

Nsite is the world-leader in providing on demand business process solutions to small and midsized companies, with more than 7,000 users in 21 countries. Nsite is the first company to offer on demand business process automation systems with Nsite's patent-pending predictive routing technology, which enables zero-training, instant-access deployment of Nsite solutions.

Dr. Chou joins the Nsite Advisory Board after leading Oracle's fastest growing business -- Oracle On Demand. He is widely acknowledged as one of the pioneers in the Software on Demand industry and has been a long time advocate for the transformation of the traditional software business to software-as-a-service. Prior to Oracle, Dr. Chou served as COO of Reasoning, Inc., and held numerous management positions at Tandem Computers. Dr. Chou has most recently authored the landmark book "The End of Software." He is a member of the Board of Directors at Embarcadero Technologies as well as the Advisory Board at Webex. Dr. Chou received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

"Nsite has hit on an area of the applications on demand market that is significantly underserved by the vendors out there today," said Dr. Chou. "Already Nsite has the trademarks of a successful emerging company -- a strong management team, an established customer base and innovative technology. I look forward to working with them as they take their next steps."

Mr. Harty is well-known in Silicon Valley for his work in enterprise software design, workflow and collaboration systems development. He has been CIO at Network Equipment Technologies (net.com) since joining the company in November 2003. Prior to net.com, he held executive-level product marketing, management and engineering positions with leading technology firms including Perfect Commerce, Mobileum (now Roamware), iPrint.com, General Magic and NEC Electronics. Mr. Harty sits on advisory boards for a number of technology start-ups.

Mr. Blaesing has significant and diverse industry/technical experience in both domestic and international operations. He has worked with senior management at Global 2000 companies to develop performance improvement strategies for both regional and global businesses. His focus is on the integration of business unit strategy with operations and the critical role information technology plays as an enabler of business processes. From 1983 to 2005, Mr. Blaesing worked for KPMG Peat Marwick/Bearing Point, Inc. His responsibilities included assisting many of the world's leading companies in several areas, ranging from operations strategy and transformation in all functional areas of the enterprise through the implementation of applications and technology to drive sustainable performance improvement. Presently, Mr. Blaesing is senior vice president at Capsicum Group LLC.
