TuTv's Music and Lifestyle Channels Add New Original Programming

LOS ANGELES -- TuTv, a joint venture of Grupo Televisa, S.A. (NYSE: TV; BMV TLEVISA CPO) and Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE: UVN) today announced that, in less than six months, its music networks Telehit, Ritmoson Latino and Bandamax have added a dozen exciting new live shows to their line-ups. The new shows offer the Hispanic viewer a 360(degree) music and lifestyle experience through exclusive concerts, celebrity interviews, exposure to music trends and diverse lifestyles in Latin American countries.
"Telehit, Ritmoson Latino and Bandamax offer viewers of all ages and music preferences a space where they can enjoy the highest quality Spanish-language content, dedicated to their music genre of choice," said Ariela Nerubay, VP of Sales and Marketing for TuTv.
While Telehit focuses on rock, pop and alternative music, Ritmoson Latino is the place for Latin rhythms from salsa to hip-hop. Bandamax is the only music network in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to Regional Mexican music.

Bandamax:
Montate (Ride It) - Hosted by Tono Aldeco, Montate showcases one of Mexico's most storied traditions, the Charreria (horse riding and showmanship festival). Montate provides the audience with an authentic taste of this picturesque cultural phenomenon, through the presentation of various rodeo competitions, interviews and talent exhibitions.
Las Regias (The Northern Ones) - Lizeth Briones and Jessica Linares host this 30-minute show from the city of Monterrey, Mexico. Lizeth and Jessica interview local artists, take the audience on site-seeing tours of historic landmarks, traditional restaurants and popular nightclubs, among other exciting places. Every episode of the show highlights a different aspect of this culturally-rich city.
Especiales (Specials) - This one-hour show is dedicated to documenting the life and career of popular performers. Each episode highlights how the performer originally broke into show business and features vignettes from their albums, music videos and concerts. In addition, Especiales includes exclusive interviews with the artists, their families, friends and colleagues.
Del Norte Pa'rriba (From the North Up) Hosted by Gabriel Garcia, this show is broadcast from various locations around Mexico and showcases each area's culture, city life, popular attractions, food, economy and livestock.
Contacto Paisano (Folk Contact) This is a 30-minute show that creates a unique collage of music videos and emotions in each episode by giving the audience the opportunity to send greetings and dedications along with music videos to loved ones near and far away.
Las Mas Picudas (The Coolest Ones) This program is telecast twice a week and is hosted by the beautiful Cinthia Urlas. The show features the hottest Regional Mexican music videos of the week and on Saturdays, fulfills video requests from viewers via e-mail or phone.
Directo al Corazon (Straight to the Heart) This is an interactive show in which the audience presents dedications and declarations of love to their significant others with the most romantic music videos in the genre.
Telehit:
Kinky Peaches This show and its hosts, Kalinda and Angie, focus on the sexy side of entertainment with daring celebrity interviews and videos that are classified into themes such as best beach video and sexiest video.
Mundo Blin Blin (Bling Bling World): Celebrity host Idenis presents the best from the latest craze in Latin music: Reggaeton. The show, filmed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, features exclusive music videos, album releases, interviews and concerts from the hottest artists in the world of Reggaeton.
PLUG! Hosted by Carolina Lau, PLUG! provides one-minute live updates of current events and late-breaking entertainment news. Plug! is presented every half-hour from 3:00pm to 6:30pm CDT daily.
Hitch Hike: This innovative program documents the trials and travails of an adventurous young man who ventures out on a 6 thousand kilometer hike with nothing more than a backpack and a camera. Expect the unexpected as he meets people from all walks of life, tours far-reaching locales and keeps on trekking - never knowing what will come next.
