I-trax Continues to Build Executive Team; Appoints Robert W. Land as Chief Information Officer and Melvin H. Stein as Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Business Development

CHADDS FORD, Pa. -- I-trax, Inc. (Amex: DMX), a leader in integrated health and productivity management, announced today the appointment of two new members to its executive management team. I-trax has hired Robert W. Land as its chief information officer and Melvin H. Stein as executive vice president, sales, marketing and business development.

Robert W. Land

As I-trax's chief information officer, Mr. Land will be responsible for the company's Information Technology and business services. Mr. Land joins I-trax with a long history of creative and successful accomplishments as a strong information technology leader.

Before joining I-trax, Mr. Land worked for Outercurve Technologies where he was responsible for the global development of the company's wireless application services. In this position, he extended the company's service platform to include Blackberry, Microsoft Mobile and Symbian-based devices. Previously, Mr. Land was employed by InteliHealth, the joint venture between Aetna and the Harvard Medical School, where he focused on developing new Internet-based services that tied into Aetna's core business while driving new revenue opportunities for Aetna's corporate health sales force. Prior to joining InteliHealth, Mr. Land formed an innovative Internet commerce company that focused on delivering services within the online music industry. The company created an environment for consumers, manufactures and authorized dealers to conduct business through a cohesive selling and customer relationship process. Today the company, Music 123, has grown to be one of the largest online marketers of musical instruments in the world.

Mr. Land's additional accomplishments include tenures at Adaptive Strategies, Milford Null Modem, Digital Equipment Corporation and Campbell Soup Company. He earned his B.S. in business administration from Villanova University.

Melvin H. Stein

As the executive vice president of sales, marketing and business development, Mr. Stein will be responsible for managing the I-trax sales team and overseeing the company's marketing efforts. Mr. Stein has been a senior executive in the healthcare industry for 20 years.

Prior to joining I-trax, Mr. Stein was partner and managing executive of Healthcare Executive Partners, LLC, a strategic consulting and management business. He spent most of his career with Aetna (originally US Healthcare) where he held various executive-level sales positions, including as the senior vice president of sales, marketing and new business development where he consistently exceeded 100 percent of annual sales plan and new revenue goals. Before his tenure at Aetna, Mr. Stein was chief executive officer and president of Mel Stein Medical, a durable medical equipment and orthopedic appliance in South Florida which he sold it to Humana in 1985.

Mr. Stein earned his B.A. in biology and B.Sc. in pharmacy from Temple University. He has authored numerous articles on managed healthcare and has lectured to professional groups on managed healthcare and benefits administration technology. He is a nationally recognized leader and innovator in the managed healthcare industry and is a charter member of the advisory board of the Employers Managed Healthcare Association.

Executive Departure

I-trax also announced today that E. Stuart Clark, executive vice president, on-site services, a long-time employee of CHD Meridian Healthcare, has resigned to pursue other interests.
