Edge Business Services Corp. Announces Resignation of Two Members of Management

LOS ANGELES -- Edge Business Services Corp. (OTC: EGBU), the "company," announced that it accepted the resignation of its president, Monel Herscovici, along with the resignation of Jeff Morgan, vice president of marketing and sales of Edge Logistics. The resignations are effective as of last Monday, Aug.
22, 2005. Herscovici and Morgan announced that they are in the advanced stages of forming their own competitive company, and that they have already contracted work from one of the company's top regional customers. Although there are some concerns, Edge believes that it will not have a large departure of customers.
