Vertis Divests UK Premedia Businesses

BALTIMORE -- Vertis, Inc. today announced the divestiture of Fusion Premedia Group Limited and Pismo Limited, its UK premedia services group, to Tag, an international design and production agency. Vertis' premedia businesses comprise two operations in London.
