Capital Title Group Inc. Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Capital Title Group Inc. (Nasdaq: CTGI) today announced that Ryan Beck & Co. Inc. and Sanders Morris Harris Inc., the underwriters of Capital Title's recent public offering of common stock, have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase 1,027,110 additional shares of common stock from Capital Title at a price of $6 per share. The transaction regarding the purchase of the over-allotment shares closed on Dec. 15, 2005, resulting in additional net proceeds to Capital Title of approximately $5.7 million, after the payment of underwriting discounts, commissions and other transaction expenses.
A registration statement on Form S-3 relating to these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 14, 2005.
