Qpass Appoints New Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services

SEATTLE -- Qpass, a mobile commerce software and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Joe Murray to vice president of worldwide professional services. Murray brings more than two decades of experience in the customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce and financial service industries. He will lead the global Qpass Services organization, which provides critical systems implementation, integration and software configuration and customization services. Additionally, Murray will lead the global Qpass business process and content marketing and management services teams.

Prior to joining Qpass, Murray was most recently at Epiphany where he served as senior vice president of professional services, managing a team of more than 120 service professionals. Prior to Epiphany, Murray spent 15 years at BearingPoint/KPMG where his last position was managing director for its CRM practice.
Murray holds a bachelor's degree in Decision Information Science from Santa Clara University and will be based in Seattle.
