Partner Communications Reports HWL Announcement on the Sale of 19.3% Interest of HTIL

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel -- Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ:PTNR)(TASE:PTNR)(LSE:PCCD) reported today on Hutchison Whampoa Limited's (HWL) announcement on the sale of 19.3% interest in Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited (HTIL) to Orascom Telecom.
