LOS ANGELES -- Statmon Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:STCA) (www.statmon.com), a leader in IP network-based monitoring, control and remote facility management solutions, and Sound Broadcast Services Limited, parent company of sbs and Eddystone Broadcast, the leading UK manufacturer of FM radio and DVBT transmitters, jointly announce the recent completion of a formal OEM agreement to distribute Statmon's Axess remote control and facility management system.
As a result of the OEM agreement sbs and Eddystone gain worldwide rights to distribute Statmon's Axess products bundled with sbs or Eddystone Radio and Television transmitter products. The sbs group may also resell Axess products on a standalone basis outside of North America.
