Fitch Affirms 26 RMBS From 6 Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities VII Issues

NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings affirmed the following Salomon Brothers Mortgage Securities (SBMS) VII, Inc. mortgage pass-through certificates:

Series 1993-6A

-- Class 6A-B1 at 'AAA';

-- Class 6A-B2 at 'AAA'.

Series 1994-3

-- Class B-1 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-2 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-3 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-4 at 'AAA'.

Series 1994-4A

-- Classes 4A-A at 'AAA';

-- Class 4A-B1 at 'AAA'.

-- Class 4A-B2 at 'AAA'.

-- Class 4A-B3 at 'AA-'.

Series 1996-2

-- Class B-1 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-2 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-3 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-4 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-5 at 'AAA'.

Series 1999-2

-- Classes A at 'AAA';

-- Class B-1 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-2 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-3 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-4 at 'AA'.

-- Class B-5 at 'A'.

Series 2000-BoA1

-- Class B-1 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-2 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-3 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-4 at 'AAA'.

-- Class B-5 at 'A '.

The affirmations, affecting approximately $19.64 million of outstanding certificates, are due to credit enhancement and collateral performance generally consistent with expectations.

The above deals have pool factors (i.e. current mortgage loans outstanding as a percentage of the initial pool) of 1%. The collateral consists of conventional, 15- to 30-year fixed-rate, mortgage loans secured by first liens on one- to four-family residential properties.
