Ruby Tuesday, Inc. to Broadcast Second Quarter 2006 Earnings Conference Call Over the Internet and Present at the 4th Annual SG Cowen & Co. Consumer Conference

MARYVILLE, Tenn. -- Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RI), will release second quarter results after the market closes on Thursday, January 5, 2006, and will hold a conference call on Friday, January 6th at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet and a replay will be available shortly after the conclusion of the call on the Investor Relations page of the company's website: www.rubytuesday.com. The archive of the conference call will be available on the website through January 13, 2006.
Additionally, the company will be presenting at the SG Cowen conference in January. The company's Chairman and CEO, Sandy Beall, will make a presentation on Tuesday, January 10th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
