J-14 magazine, the bestselling single copy teen magazine on newsstands, announced today its partnership with the Salvation Army to launch "Another Chance to Dance" a prom dress drive benefiting New York City teens.
Today J-14 surprised four teens who could not otherwise afford a dress with new prom dresses.
