Crown Media Holdings to Hold Year-End Conference Call and Webcast on March 15th

(NASDAQ:CRWN), owner and operator of Hallmark Channel, today announced that it will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, March 15th, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results for the year ended December 31, 2004.
