Hire.com's Accelerator Program Embraces Capabilities of PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management
Business Wire, Feb 15, 2005
AUSTIN, Texas -- Supplements Legacy Investments in PeopleSoft Recruit Workforce/eRecruit
Hire.com (www.hire.com), the leader in Talent Relationship Management solutions, today announced the extension of its successful Accelerator Program for PeopleSoft(R) Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) users. The program expands PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM capabilities, providing recruiters dramatic improvements in candidate sourcing, marketing and screening capabilities, for access to the best talent available.
"We've rolled out very successful PeopleSoft integrations with a number of our customers," said Larry Orecklin, Hire.com chief executive officer. "Companies are not going to walk away from their extensive PeopleSoft investments simply because ownership has changed hands with the Oracle acquisition. PeopleSoft is a mature company with a prominent position in its market. We look forward to further extending their solution with the addition of our truly innovative sourcing and recruiting solutions," Orecklin said.
Hire.com's talent relationship management products and services focus on the relationship dimension of hiring -- sourcing, recruiting, candidate marketing, and the candidate experience, while PeopleSoft Recruit Workforce provides the processes including requisition management, applicant tracking, on-boarding and other new hire functionality.
Through Hire.com's webMethods-based integration solution, Business Connector, data moves seamlessly between the products at key workflow trigger points. Sample triggers include requisition approval, sending information from PeopleSoft to HireEnterprise Recruiting Center to facilitate job-posting, candidate notification and candidate hire, and pushing on-boarding data from Recruiting Center to PeopleSoft. A Quick Start implementation package leverages standard integration maps and best practice career website configurations to accelerate the time to value for PeopleSoft customers.
Augmenting the product offer, the program features Hire.com's "Add Power to PeopleSoft" kit for recruiters and hiring managers including a Candidate Relationship Assessment benchmark survey, and a best practices whitepaper entitled "Improving the Candidate Experience."
