KeepMedia Announces New CEO

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- KeepMedia, Inc., a leading provider of online premium content, announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer Douglas J. Herrington has resigned from the company to pursue personal interests and other opportunities.
Louis H. Borders, founder of Borders Books and Webvan and currently Chairman of the Board at KeepMedia, will assume the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mr. Herrington.
