Business Wire, Feb 16, 2005
TEMECULA, Calif. -- S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIH) reminded shareholders of the market conference call scheduled for today at 12:00 P.M. (noon) E.S.T. The main topic of discussion will be the Company's recent 10-Q Quarterly Report and other information presented by S3 Investment Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Chris Bickel. Those interested in participating in today's call should dial 913-981-4902 or 800-811-7286 five to ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time and reference S3 Investment Company.
Mr. Bickel is expected to elaborate on the quarterly report and how it is reflective of S3 Investment Company's progress during this period. Mr. Bickel is also expected to comment on the increase in net asset value (NAV) from the end of the Company's fiscal year.
"Today's conference call provides an avenue for the Company to comment on its 10-Q and field questions from shareholders and the financial press. Since my appointment to the position of CEO, we have never shied away from facing stockholders' questions, and this conference call presents that opportunity once again," commented Mr. Bickel.
"We are pleased to have achieved the increase in NAV, which is significantly higher than the current trading price, in this quarterly report, even while having to raise capital to meet short term funding needs. Our expectation is that additional progress will be evident in the next two fiscal quarters, and we anticipate achieving company-wide profitability as projected. Shareholder value is an important benchmark for judging our progress, and we plan to work diligently so that the Company's true value is reflected in the trading price of S3 Investments' stock," added Mr. Bickel.
