Adam R. Willkomm Named Treasurer Of ACA Capital Holdings, Inc

NEW YORK -- ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. (ACA) announces that Adam R. Willkomm, has been named Treasurer of ACA Capital.
Mr. Willkomm joined ACA Capital as a director in the finance department in 2001. He is primarily responsible for corporate finance initiatives, capital management and investment activities. Prior to joining ACA Capital, Mr. Willkomm was an investment banker with Bear Stearns Financial Institutions Group specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and corporate finance. He worked in similar financial capacities for Prudential and began his career with McDonald Investments.
