Ability Holding Corp. Selects Geniant, LLC as its Software Solutions Provider

DALLAS -- Ability Holding Corp. (Pink Sheets:AYHC) today announced that it has selected Geniant, LLC as its software solutions provider. Geniant will assist with the development of an internet banking platform that will be used to by the new banking organization that will be formed on completion of a planned acquisition which be announced shortly. The new paperless bank will operate under the new brand name 'BankAbility'.
