Revinetix Announces Channel Partner Recruitment Program
Business Wire, Feb 16, 2005
SALT LAKE CITY -- Revinetix will distribute its industry first backup and restore technology to the SMB market with the help of Marketlink, a national manufacturer's rep firm
Revinetix, a pioneer in DISK2DISK2DISK(TM) backup solutions, today announced it has begun recruiting regional partners to develop their sales channel. The Revinetix D3 Partner Program(TM) provides sales support to channel partners to target the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market space. To assist in this endeavor, Revinetix has turned to well-known national channel development organization, Marketlink(TM).
"Building a national network of partners provides our customers the best access to products and support," said Brian Clark, Revinetix VP of sales. "By working with Marketlink, we are able to build strong supportive relationships with our partners. The key tool for the Revinetix D3 Program is our innovative Web portal which provides access to sales collateral, opportunity registration and reports, as well as access to customer and sales support."
"We are excited to be working with Revinetix to bring this product to market," said Stan Schreyer, CEO of Marketlink. "The Revinetix RT line of products is an ideal fit for the VAR channel; this is a solution that they have been wanting for sometime," he continued. Marketlink works with a variety of firms in the computer market including Baracuda Networks, Cymphonix, and enKoo to name a few.
"With our 'Turn Key' approach and easy-to-use interface," said Tom Hogan, president of Revinetix, "we've developed a backup and recovery solution based on a disk-to-disk platform that can easily be integrated into any existing network, with existing personnel." Revinetix has taken an innovative approach to disaster proofing. By integrating RAID 5 for data protection as well as removable drives that allow for archiving data off-site, SMBs can have a complete backup and recovery solution from a single appliance.
Revinetix backup solutions are available in 2-8TB capacities (1TB-4TB raw capacity). Support for a wide range of clients is available and ships with the appliance eliminating the added software cost associated with other backup solutions. In addition, Revinetix includes "Bare Metal" restore software with every appliance, allowing IT personnel to completely restore clients in a simple and efficient manner.
